Ann Hui majored in poetry when she was studying literature at university, and felt that it was a way to alleviate her worries, so she fulfilled her long-time wish by making Poetry to document the poetic landscape of Hong Kong. With the enthusiastic response of Macau moviegoers to the screening of Poetry, the Cinematheque has invited Ann Hui to have a conversation about Poetry with the moviegoers after the screening.
