1. Grandpa’s paradise(5’16”)

Hana did not spend much time with her grandfather in her childhood. Her fondest memories are spending vacations in her hometown. The story recalls the time she spent with my grandfather during her visit. Hana’s grandfather lived in a remote rural area. It was not easy to access public transport, so he did not spend much time with Hana. One summer, Hana spent a vacation with her mother in her hometown. She was very reluctant to go to her hometown because she remembered that her grandfather lived in a remote, old place and she was not close to him.
Hana finally arrived in her hometown. At first, Hana felt pressured and uncomfortable with her grandfather and the unfamiliar surroundings. Hana was bored in her ancestral home.
Soon after drinking the coconut water prepared by her grandfather, Hana set out to explore the countryside. But during her adventure, she was attacked…
2. Inheritance (5’12”)

A teenager called Chi Yi, who has been suffering, tries to fight against his fate by learning to play Go with his great teacher, Master Ji. Chi Yi eventually masters the game of Go and acquires the ultimate skill, Cosmic Style from his master.
He keeps winning in the game. But then, suddenly, everything changed due to a family crisis. This leads to a serious quarrel between Master Ji and him. Chi Yi also gives up on Go as a result. Chi Yi meets Master Ji again, years later, which is also the last time he sees Master Ji.

6. Fica comigo (12’54”)

Directed by renowned local illustrator Big Soil, Be With Me is a story about courage and self-belief. After a storm carries away the red balloon that has accompanied him throughout his childhood, a young boy meets Captain Polar Bear, and together they embark on a journey to recover it. However, their adventure takes an unexpected turn when a giant wave separates them. Faced with one of life’s most unforeseen challenges, will the boy do everything he can to overcome the adversity, or will he choose to give up?
7. Store (8’24”)

As an important part of childhood, ‘Store’ is full of memories for Hong Kongers from generation to generation.
When a lonely old man meets a hungry poor boy, how would such an encounter affect their lives? What kind of connection would different choices bring to each of them? Inspired by the memories of his childhood and his late sister, the director brings nostalgic emotions and feelings to every audience, by understanding the importance of how one person's life makes an impact on others.

Kin LEONG
Creator of the IP animation “Pundusina”, is an animation director, cartoonist and illustrator. Through his comic strip creations, illustrations and animations, he portrays the daily life of Pundusina's family and their vegetables that don't want to be eaten, on the Macau Peninsula. His animated series has been awarded the Macau Production Jury's Commendation Award and has been screened at various international film festivals.
